    A Spacemen 3 song, "Take Me to the Other Side," closed the encore (not "Come Together"). Those two songs back-to-back were mindblowing.

    "Ladies & Gentlemen We Are Floating in Space" is supposed to end abruptly.

    tankboy, it does end abruptly, but with that song, I'm so used to it going on and on, that it felt weird to just end.

    I wish I could have made it to this show. The mood, weather, and atmosphere seem appropriate. By chance did they play "The Straight and The Narrow?" I was disappointed that they didn't at Pitchfork, but they were still one of the top acts hands down. It's trippy song, soothing, and makes me think of a time-traveling priest floating through space.
